Terms and conditions of the 10-year guarantee
Miko Srl guarantees that all Dinamica® Micro Fibre Suede will wear for 10 years in normal office or home conditions when maintained in accordance with our maintenance recommendations for upholstery.
In the unlikely event of such a guarantee becoming effective, Miko Srl will replace the product based on a time elapsed cost scale. (See full terms and conditions on www.dinamicamiko.it) It will not refund the direct costs incurred by the customer to repair the product.
Miko Srl considers normal office or home conditions represent a daily usage of approx 8 hours in an office or private home environment. This guarantee does not cover wear or tear within limited spots of the fabric which can be caused by metal objects such as zips or combs etc.
A further condition of the guarantee is that all fabric is kept free from dust and dirt being carefully maintained in accordance with the Miko Cleaning Instructions.
Finally, the upholstering should be without sharp edges and corners. Also the consistency of the upholstery foam used should remain the same throughout the time period and must not crumble.

Gruppo Mastrotto SpA has acquired the majority shareholding in Ambra Automotive Leather SpA from Finskin SpA
It is announced that Gruppo Mastrotto SpA takes it on itself the productivity continuity of projects currently assigned to Ambra Automotive Leather SpA. Gruppo Mastrotto SpA aims with this agreement to increase its presence in the automotive industry, further adding value to the internal activity of developments carried out in the last few years in this field.
